A2 Hosting : PHP 5.2 Hosting : PHP 5.3 Hosting : PHP 6 Hosting

PHP stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor. Below is an explanation of three key components of PHP.
PHP is a scripting language. A scripting language is used to write programs that control software applications.
PHP is best known for creating dynamic web pages. A dynamic web page is created in real-time from databases at the same time the page is viewed. This offers visitors a fresh experience each time the page is seen because there is a constant flow of new information.
PHP is a server-side script. This is a technology that delivers custom HTML by processing the code on the web server before it is sent to the computer trying to access the information. The user accessing the website does not need a special browser or plug-in to see a site written in PHP. This is in contrast to client-side scripting which requires the computer trying to reach the website to process the code before it can be viewed.
